Based in Japans Northern Alps, mountainous terrain that boasts the countries best steep ,deep and accessible backcountry with an average of 9-11 meters of snowfall annually.
Surf
We provide the background, butlers in a bus. First a surfer I have a good insight to the surf setups all along pacific having chased in excess of 100 typhoons. I sponsor athletes along this coastline that keeps us well tuned.
Looking after the crew means making their limited time here in Japan productive.(and fun)
Mostly we cater for athletes inbound for surfing comps here.
Generally they want peace and quiet, internet access whilst waiting and watching comp , media interviews with Japanese press and to avoid parties.
Until they lose , then its either direct to the airport, a quick roady that will reap them a cover shot on the way, or sometimes a lap dance before they fly out.
Generally distributors who don't quite think the way riders do ..... fame milage, retails appearances and smoke filled car journeys all interfere with an athletes hedonistic outlook. Our primary aim is to have them psyched on being here best done via either good waves or epic snow and terrain.

The unspoken word is the real word here and great effort is spent trying to find what they mean`t via what they didn`t say!
After all this time I am still confused but I do speak the lingo and understand the weather patterns.
Custom trips are my forte where I use a network nationally to locate the best waves or ideal snow conditions.
Japan is definitely a place to use inside knowledge if you need to achieve a lot in a short time frame. We also provide a professional cameraman via arrangement.(Surf or snow)
