2006年強化訓練コース化訓練コース
TSG
コーポレーションは選手のマネージメントや若手サーファーの育成を行い、またサーフィンの会社へのアドバイス、コンサルタントもしています。
（ライダー.ディベロップメント.プログラム）はTSGの一部として成り立ち、WCTを目指すジュニアとシニア両選手達のためにプロトレーニングを行っています。
はワ—ルドサーファーの“名誉の殿堂”に名をおくバートンリンチによって運営され、生徒たちにバートンはこれまでの彼の経験を伝えています。
１９８８年のワールドチャンピオンであるバートンリンチは１３年間世界のトップサーファー１６人中にあり続け、そのキャリアを通して彼はWCTで１７回優勝を納めています。
２００６年のRDP.Japanのアスリートライダープログラムの主目的は、WCTの資格を得ることが望ましいと思われる次の日本人アスリートを選出し、WCTランキング入りできるよう育成することです。

)ローラエネバー、オーストラリアでベストカデットガール（サーフィンのガールスカウト）の彼女は１４歳と１６歳のオーストラリアタイトルで優勝。ラスティグロムフェストとアロハオーネットでも優勝を獲得。
(Karlee Mackie,
Elle Black, Ashley King)カーリーマッキー、エリーブラック、アシュリーキング、ボーミッチェルらも皆成功を納めている。

Barton Lynch 1988 World Champion spent 13
years ranked in the top 16 surfers of the world. Throughout
his career he clinched 17 WCT victories.
TSG corporation co-ordinates athlete management, youth
development,and consultancy to surf industry related brand
names.
RDP(Rider Development Programme) as part of TSG is
professional surf athlete training aimed at developing both
Junior and Senior athletes for the WCT.
RDP is developed by Barton a competitive spirit that
secured him membership into the World Surfers Hall of Fame
is only part of what he shares with his students.
The principle aim of
2006 Japan RDP Athlete Rider Development Programme
is to select and define
Japanese athletes eligible secure placement within the WCT
ranking.
The 5 day intensive coarse will
-improve surfing fitness and technical ability
-improve competition strategy and tactical focus
-improve equipment selection and analysis
-enable mind training and confidence skills in preparation
for competitive environment

Caleb Boquist Reed finished 2nd in the Australian Titles
and 3rd at the World Titles in his first overseas event.
Laura Enever is the Best Cadet girl in the Australia , she
won both the 14's and 16's at the Australian titles, the
Rusty gromfest and Aloha Hornet.
Karlee Mackie, Elle Black, Ashley King, they have all had
successes.

strong QLD v`s New South Wales competition currently
