Oakley Signs on another Bali Boy

The Jabrik Brothers are well known for their talent
in and out of the water in Bali with Dooley for many
years featuring as the face of Rusty . Older brother
Tipi has just signed a top to bottom deal with Oakley
and for good reason heres some shots of him test
riding his new Warner sticks.
Antman going nuts

Is it Antman because thats the size he looks in
relation to the drops he takes or because like those
indestructible little insects he often has 100 times
his body weight landing on his noggin only to get
back up and do it again. This time Mark Brandis takes
the beating ,These guys drive Utes (traybacks) out of
necessity just to carry their gonads !

Coleborn Claims Third ASP Australasian Pro Junior Series Victory

31 April 07- Brothers Neilsen Pro Junior,
Southport,Gold Coast.
Mitchell Coleborn(Sunshine Coast -Maroochydore) continued his white-hot running form defeating No 2 Heath Joske (Numbucca Heads) to claim his third Pro Junior Victory for the year.Coleborn currently ranked No 1 on the tour rating with12 589 points clear of Joske at 11 454.
In semi final 1 Mitch defaeted crowd favourite Brent Dorrington in a tight finish leading by only0.15points. The second semi final Joske overpowered Ashley King (Culburra).King was stoked placing his best finish to date on the Australisian Pro junior series.
Coleborn now joins the world surfing elite of Mick Fanning,Taj Burrow,Joel Parkinson, Ben Dunn and Luke Munro on the Brothers Neilsen honour role.
Coleborns shaper Brett Warner added "It looks like Mitch has bagged the series with 3 wins and 3 Third placings I don't think anyone can touch him, as a shaper a great day for me with Mitch winning and young Ashley in third place."

Teahuppo 1 May 2007.
Its over 12 years since winning the event for the first time at 16 years of age and until that day none of the top 40 had seen 10-12 foot (Hawaiin)waves for a comp at Teahuppo.
For Koby it was his lifetime break, $8000 at the time was the more money than he had ever earn't in his life and it paved the way for a lifetime of Wildcard Entries to this comp not to mention a life as a professional surfer.
This week he was knocked out in the quarter finals of the Trials by the new guard Manoa Drollet who went on to win the trials, young and hungry. Whilst Kobes directs his"media manager" to deal with mis-quoted articles about his fame,has little training due to a movie meeting in LA with Hollywoods greats and a brief stint with his New York supermodel partner ,Moana Drollet has done one thing, visualize and focus on the next event at hand in an effort to get a leg into the door of worlds surfing stardom,a reminiscent scenario perhaps. Heres some snaps.
