I have been told by a few of the older generation that North Narra has had a pretty good season this year, you can always be sure when they talk it down , " yeh mate ,,,,,ah,,,I suppose there been a few ok days...." or "....oh yeh... had a couple I suppose....."

The groms are the giveaway "Faaaark, we saw Hedgy get a barrell from way out the back to the inside, you shoulda seen it ...insane"
or "Dad said he had the best barrel in 10 years to one of his mates on the phone real quietly" said the son of a staunch local.
